Jonathan was polite and professional. I mentioned that our AC had not been working properly and he offered to check it before he left. He installed a furnace blower part and made sure that our system was working. Very satisfied with his work.

Great service. Called the day before to see about getting heating unit service before we started it and was safe. Talked to someone then and had service technician come out today. Great service and repair technician want to replace air/heat unit by spring and will use this company

They came out in July and set a new unit for AC and heat. Our house has been cool sometimes chilly it works so good! Now that it is getting cold we wanted to turn on the heat but couldn't get it to work right. Made a call and Justin was here within the hour to check it out, got us all fixed up with 30 mins. Turns out bad thermostat, got a new one free of charge. Now the house is at a toasty 68*. Thank you y'all for the amazing service!

They went above and beyond to provide me with a solution quickly and took every opportunity to protect my unit from future issues. You can tell they really care about providing value to their customers. They saved me half the money I was originally quoted for through warranty tracking on parts and charging for job specific materials. I could not be more satisfied with this truly professional service and will be using them for any issues moving forward.

Quick response great service friendly people

Crew that provided my household service, was very professional, polite, quick, and efficient. Also very thorough in troubleshooting that took them from outlets in another room to the attic. Was also very open with sharing information and advice on prevention. Was pleased they also cleaned up afterwards cause they say electricians don’t know how to use a broom or trash can! Will definitely recommend and use these guys again!

Tech showed up to our business same day and was able to fix both units and get us back going.

Quick easy affordable and professional. After 2 weeks of being without ac and diy videos were no help I called. They set up an appointment for the next day and he came on time. Fixed it within 30 minutes and I'm now enjoying a cool house. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

We only got a quote on their job which appears to be professional, the only thing that we didn't liked was that we were charged $160 by the end of the quote and when we called to schedule an appointment that was not disclosed. I understand that everyone's time is precious, however we would have appreciated being informed prior about any fees. When requesting a quote I highly suggest to clear this little details, because we didn't and in the end boom! $160 had to be paid, not for a service itself but for an estimate.

Mr. Baker came out and checked it out and lucky it was a small issue but my air is back and running!

You can’t ask for a nicer company. They are very fast , Friday gave me a quote and Tuesday installed my new heat and air. They are efficient and cleaned up after the job. You can’t go wrong with this company. I’d give them 10 stars if possible

Milligan Heating, A/C & Electrical is a top notch company who go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Our air recently went out and we had a death in the family and we needed our home cooled to host family. They chased down a part to get it back in action so we didn’t have to be without air. They are always so kind and generous. Pricing is always very fair as well.

Justin is always so personable and honest. I can’t say enough about this company. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants an honest contractor that is also super nice.

Jonathan my tech had a professinal attitude, was knowledgeable about his work, did the job in a timely manner, i say good job, thumbs up this round!

Our experience with Milligan has been nothing short of amazing. Less than a week ago, these guys started a whole home electrical replacement of our home. (It was all original knob & tube.) Our requests for outlets and lights were always accepted. (Even when we asked a little too late.) The whole electrical team were good people. I will always recommend this crew from now on.

Justin and John were very courteous and professional during the service call.They diagnosed my problem in 15 minutes. I'm sure these young men will have great success in this area and field.

My air went out and they sent a tech out. He put a part on it for $250and said it was fixed. It ran for 10 minutes and went out again. He said unit needed replaced and quoted me $1500 higher than 2 other quotes I got. So be careful, he is much higher than his competitors.

If I could give these guys and their office personnel 100 stars I would! Very friendly, easy to work with, quick response time, very understanding to our needs, full explained what happened and what was needed, very knowledgeable, and an overall amazing experience! Communication was on point. I have already recommended and given their name and number to 2 different potential clients this morning! I could not thank them enough for the services they rendered for us today! We really appreciate them!

Darryl was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained issues in a way that I could understand exactly what was going on with my unit. The office lady was extremely helpful and willing to work with me on financing a replacement unit. I would highly recommend this amazing company!!

A tree crashed our AC unit, and I called Milligan's. They were at our house within 2-3 days to look at our unit, and got us a quote VERY quickly. Then, when I called them to let them know we wanted to use them they had us a new unit within a week. I HIGHLY recommend them! They're super fast and professional!
